Returns


  1. Contact us directly for a returns number EMAIL or Tel 01449 258489
  2. Insert a copy of the original documentation along with the returns number clearly written on it,  in your return package with the items you're returning
  3. Return the parcel to us. Please keep hold of your return postage receipt.

All returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box, to ensure the contents are protected. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging. 

If you are returning a heavy item you will need to package it as it was received in the original box.

If you are returning a bulky item (such as a sink) you must either arrange a courier at your own expense to deliver the item to our warehouse or you can also arrange for collection from your address using our collection service.


Collection from your address service

Here at UV Safe we want to make things as simple as possible which is why we offer an optional collection service for larger items.

Please contact us with the following details to arrange a collection:

  • Your full name, collection address including postcode and email.
  • Returns number of which product is coming back to us
  • Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
  • A contact number in case the driver needs to get in touch

Where you ask us to collect the goods from you we charge a fee of 20 GBP per box that will need to be paid at the time of booking the collection. This fee will be waived if your item is faulty or if you have received the wrong product. This service is optional.

Please place a copy of your original delivery note within the box ready to be sent back to us.

Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached (unless faulty). All returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box, to ensure the contents are protected. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging. 

Changed your mind?


If you change your mind on your purchase, you have a full 30 days to return it for a refund subject to some exclusions set out below. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

There are some exclusions to our 30 day returns policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):

  • those with a best before date must be returned within 28 days
  • Any customised items such as wheel builds cannot be returned or personalised items
  • Hand computers, can only be returned if unregistered.
  • All electronic products can only be returned if in original packaging, sealed and unregistered. 
  • For hygiene reasons, any hygiene equipment can only be returned if the items are unused (and any protective packaging remains)
  • Gift vouchers
  • Products received over 30 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not own use.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances. 

We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternative items you require. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 3-5 working days of receipt at our warehouse or once the item has been checked by one of our specialists.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
